Agile Estimation – Webinar

HTML – Agile Estimation – Transcript

This webinar discusses practical techniques for estimating time/cost for software development in Agile.

Agile Estimation:

“It’s a 3! It’s a 5!” until someone pipes up and says, “It’s a 4?” Everyone looks shaking their heads knowing 4 cannot be used as part of the modified Fibonacci scale of estimation. Even once we all agree it is a 3, the question remains 3 what? How does this help me with budget and forecast planning?

We as humans have been trying to use time based estimation since the beginning of time, and have consistently been incorrect. If any of this sounds familiar to you, AgileDad is ready to teach you foolproof methods for estimating that are used by many of the Fortune 100 companies! This method will include consideration for the business strategic value, the consumer readiness, and the relative complexity creating a formula that is easy to remember and apply at various levels of Agile Planning. These tips and tricks have only been shared once before at a large industry conference unless your organization pays to have an Agile coach brought live and in person to you. Do NOT miss what is destined to be the most memorable and informative webinar of the year!
