Jill Hoersten brings over 15 years of diverse marketing experience to Synerzip. She is self-motivated, creative and innovative. She is in continual learning mode in order to educate herself with the latest trends in the marketplace; and she uses these discovered skills and resources to succeed. She uses her creativity to transform business intelligence reporting into compelling success stories to support the marketing strategy. She analyses numbers and uses A/B testing to drive better marketing decisions.

Her autonomous nature gives her the proven ability to plan strategically while collaborating with advisors, clients, leadership and company resources. She works effectively with C-level executives to share the vision of marketing strategies. She is comfortable in her skin; she presents and communicates well with all levels. She is very tech-savvy – she leverages a variety of new and existing technologies in order to get the job done right. She is a self-learner drawn to new challenges. She embraces challenges and is driven by self-motivation.

She is passionate about the entrepreneurial journey. She has worked with a variety of startup companies and across many industries, such as healthcare, FinTech, SoftTech and hospitality. She is a very fast learner, adapts well to new environments and is extremely flexible while leading the company to success.
