Senior Product Designer
Role:
As a Product Designer, you will have extensive client interaction and will serve as the voice of the user while accommodating customer needs and technical requirements from engineering. You would also be required to work in a flexible, team-oriented culture that’s truly Agile.
We are looking for freethinkers who are able to discover, understand, and communicate the business requirements of our clients, the emotional desires of their customers, and the context in which these two come together.
Your Contribution:
- Apply strategic design thinking to real-world problems.
- Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, wireframes, and usability testing.
- Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery wherever required.
- Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
- Designing and executing a primary research framework to validate User experience and derive Consumer Insights
- Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to design qualitative and quantitative research plans
- Participate in training, internal initiatives, blogging, Meetups, speaking at conferences.

Skills and Experience
You bring to the organization the following competencies:
- A very strong background with at least 5+ years of user experience design. In addition, a strong knowledge of UX processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related design or UX Design discipline.
- Strong project and people management skills and an ability to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.
- Passion for creating products that resonate emotionally with people.
- A sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Facilitating design ideation, prototyping, and usability test efforts.
- Knowledge on Designing for Rich Internet Applications, Design for Hand-Held Devices, Responsive Web Design and Accessibility
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as AdobeCC, Sketch, InVision, OmniGraffle, Visio, Illustrator or Photoshop.
- The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
